My Top Five Christmas Clothing

Only started this blog 3 months ago and here we go it’s Christmas.  We’re here in 2014 and even though we are scattered all over the world and most of us have never met face-to-face we find ways to celebrate the season together. From our annual Christmas exchanges to season greetings, christmas cards etc. etc. – our Christmasing together is discussed through fashion. This is my top 5 Christmas clothing items leading up to the festive day.

polo 1

The past couple of months I have been harping on about the fabulous American Eagle Outfitters, but how can I not with the softness touch of clothing. These everyday apparel styles were easy to rock during the winter. The vintage AEO Boyfriend Shirt and the sexy skinniest fitted jeans with a dark destroy washThese jeans are by far the best pair I’ve ever owned. They don’t fit loose at all and fit just right. The material is incredibly soft and comfortable. You don’t have to worry about them getting baggy around the knee area. Highly recommended.

Style it with…

monsoon
Inspired by the Lola Rose Collection at Monsoon.

Dress these sorts of outfits with stone pendants, this ancient gem sat in the bottom of my jewellery box for at least a decade. I was browsing in Monsoon when I fell in love with the Lola Rose collection this season. However £65 a piece wasn’t on my Christmas list this year. So instead I found this shiny rock and a chain and voilà – my own Lola Rose alternative.

The Christmas parties this year have been simply dress up central. My Molly Metallic Keyhole Skater Dress was on my wish list. Why buy a fully fledged costume? When I can purchase a pretty little dress and accessorise it with a reasonably priced elf hat an stockings from the local party store.

Tartan is the trend of the season. Short, cute and stylish must have! Finish this look with a pair of classic black ankle boots!

Playsuit// Boohoo

My number 1 this holiday was my very, berry, red playsuit which I featured in last week’s blog post where you guys voted for my potential birthday outfit. I calculated all the votes between the ‘this’ and ‘that’ options and well… ‘That’ won surprisingly – I may have rigged the voting system and had decided to wear this playsuit over the the other one. Don’t worry New Year’s is fast approaching.

P.S  Christmas shoutout to my friend Dani photographed with me who also has a fashion blog too visit hers here.
